- Add comprehensive timeBlocks translations (ES, FR, DE, EN)
- Add myAvailability translations (ES, FR, DE, EN)
- Add full helpTimeBlocks guide content (ES, FR, DE, EN)
- Add contracts guide translations (ES)
- Fix DATABASE_URL env var in deploy.sh for seed_platform_plugins
