poduck db0165dc5e fix(i18n): Add missing 'welcome' translation key to en/es/fr.json

The HelpComprehensive.tsx uses introduction.welcome but the translation
files only had introduction.title. Added the welcome key to match
the German translation structure.

React + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

@vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel (or oxc when used in rolldown-vite) for Fast Refresh
@vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh

React Compiler

The React Compiler is not enabled on this template because of its impact on dev & build performances. To add it, see this documentation.

Expanding the ESLint configuration
